High Impact Churches is a dynamic and growing denomination committed to equipping, empowering, and encouraging churches and ministers in their God-given calling. We exist to provide spiritual, practical, and organizational support that enables local churches to thrive and leaders to serve with excellence, integrity, and vision.
Our primary focus is to expand and extend the Kingdom of God—not just within our churches, but in communities, cities, and nations. We believe that the Church is God’s primary vehicle for transformation in the world, and our mission is to see healthy, Spirit-filled, and mission-driven congregations multiplying and making a lasting difference.
Through leadership development, church planting initiatives, mentorship, and resource sharing, High Impact Churches partners with pastors and leaders to help them fulfill their unique ministry assignments. Whether through strategic guidance, relational support, or training opportunities, we aim to foster a culture of unity, purpose, and missional impact.

Rev Kelvin Sim

Rev. Kelvin Sim brings over 35 years of ministry experience, serving extensively throughout Southeast Asia and Australia. He is the founding pastor and pioneer of Church of Praise JB, Malaysia, established in 1988, which he faithfully led until passing the leadership baton in 2005.
In 2008, Rev. Kelvin went on to pioneer Life Solution Christian Church in Australia, where he continues to serve with dedication and vision to this day. His heart for ministry is expressed through a deep passion for pioneering, missions, preaching, teaching, and discipling believers with the uncompromising truth of God’s Word.

Rev Ronald Ooi, together with his wife Jasmine, have served for 48 years in full-time ministry. He served as the first Pastor of Penang Christian Centre and was also the President of Bible College of Malaysia. Over the years, he has held numerous key leadership roles, including District Superintendent and Assistant General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God Malaysia.
Today, Rev. Ronald Ooi continues his ministry as a mentor to many young pastors and leaders. He carries a deep passion for building strong families, reviving and strengthening the church, and proclaiming the transforming power of God’s Word throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Rev. Steven Teo is a bi-vocational minister with a unique blend of corporate and spiritual leadership. Formerly the CEO of Zurich Insurance Group for the Singapore-Malaysia region, he now practices law in Australia while continuing to minister globally, a calling he has pursued for over 20 years. He is the founder of Dream4enations Ministries Inc., an organisation dedicated to empowering individuals, ministries, and churches to prepare for and step confidently into their future. He also leads InSight, a mentoring program designed to help individuals, organisations, and churches gain clarity in their strategic purpose and focus.

Sean Sim is a bi-vocational minister who faithfully balances a leadership role as a healthcare professional in the public health sector with his calling to ministry for the last 15 years. His unique background enables him to bridge both spheres, by bringing strategic insight, compassion, and integrity into every area of his service.
Sean currently serves at Life Solution Christian Church as both a Minister and as a member of the Board of Directors where he plays a key role in providing spiritual guidance as well as organisational leadership. He has a deep passion to see individuals, leaders, and churches thrive by walking in spiritual maturity and achieve the fullness of their God-given potential.
